KOTAL KHAN- Mortal Kombat

I have always enjoyed the game series Mortal Kombat, but it wasn’t until MK11. MK11 was MY introduction to Kotal Khan. A sun-god character within the series. I was so intrigued and captivated by the colors and style of his armor which is modeled off the AZTEC Eagle Warrior. The elite soldiers from the empire. His headdress in particular resembles the headwear used by Huitzilopochtli - The Aztec God of Sun and War.

This costume to 80 hours to complete. Body paint also done by hand completely by me. Material used are mostly EVA foam and other common cosplay materials.
